Arena tour:

Arena tours can be arranged by appointment only, for groups of up to 25 people. The guided tour - which is available in English and Hungarian - costs 90.000 HUF and includes the guide's fee.

Puskás Aréna Park opening hours:

The Puskás Arena Park is open during official opening hours (06:00-22:00) and can be visited at your own risk.

In case of partial or total closure of the Park due to our events or other technical reasons, we will always inform you on the Puskás Arena Facebook page.

Pets must be kept on a leash when brought in or walked throughout the Park!

Bicycles and scooters are not allowed in the Puskás Arena Park on event days.

Parking:

The Puskás Arena parking lot is not open to the public, so only authorized persons may use it on event days.

Shooting (+ permit):

Video or photo shooting in the Puskás Arena and the Puskás Aréna Park is only allowed with prior permission. The authorisation process will always start with an e-mail from the applicant and will take at least 1 week. Requests should be sent to this e-mail address: sales@puskasarena.com

Ticket purchase and general ticket information:

The Puskás Arena only a hosting venue of the events (football matches, concerts, etc.), i.e. it is not the organizer, accordingly tickets can always be purchased from the organising company or its official ticketing partners.

Tickets are sold in advance and cannot be purchased on the spot.

The Organiser (i.e. not the Puskás Arena) will always be able to provide information on the types of tickets for a particular event (general admission, priority standing, guest sector, disabled access, etc.) and the rules applicable to them.

The group of gates indicated on the tickets can be accessed by entering through any of the external gates for football matches, with the exception of the Hungarian Cup Final, as the Park is accessible from all around.

In case of concerts, the North side is usually closed, so it is not possible to enter the Park from there, nor is this part of the Park passable. In exceptional cases, the Organiser will always be able to provide precise details.

Accessibility:

Accessible seating is located on the 1st level tier of the Puskás Arena, and access is via the designated fully accessible route. The Organiser can always provide further information on disabled access and parking.

Access for media:

In all cases, media must be registered in advance with the Organiser (i.e. not the Puskás Arena) and may only enter the event (with accreditation, wristband, etc.) with his/her approval.

Items to be brought in:

Guests arriving at the Puskás Arena for a concert, football match or other event must always obtain information from the Organiser (i.e. not from Puskás Arena staff) regarding the items (bags, umbrellas, cameras, seat cushions, etc.) and supporters' equipment (flags, signs, etc.) that allowed to be brought into the Arena.

Deposit:

There is a safe deposit box at all events in the Arena, which is a paid service.

Payment:

Cash payment is not available at the Puskás Arena. In the buffets and other shops, purchases can only be made by credit card or through Hellopay. Hellopay cards can be recharged at all events at the designated recharge points in the Arena.

ReCups:

The Puskás Arena has a CupRevolution system.

if you already have the ReTokens used in this system, you can bring them with you to the event and exchange them for a new cup at the Arena. At the end of the event, you can choose to take the cup home, but you can also redeem it for ReTokens at any of the buffets for up to 15 minutes after the event ends;
if you do not have ReTokens, you can buy a ReCup at the buffets for HUF 500, which you can dispose of after the event as mentioned above
It is important to know that used ReCups cannot be brought into the Puskás Arena!

Food intolerance:

You can bring into the Puskás Arena a single meal of food/products that meet the special dietary needs, as well as half a litre of water in a plastic bottle with a cap off, with a proof of a medical certificate.

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire Puskás Arena and is only allowed outside the building.

Lost objects:

Any lost property found in the Puskás Arena can be claimed at the earliest 2 working days after the event by calling +36 30 390 1220
