Starting from July 20, 2024, the deposit cup system at the Puskás Arena will be renewed. Sustainability remains our primary concern, but with these changes, we aim to offer a more guest-friendly and flexible solution for everyone.
What stays the same?
You still need to pay a deposit fee of 600 HUF for the cups at the concessions (the cup value is 500 HUF and a service fee of 100 HUF). When you return the cups to the buffets, you will receive a token that can be redeemed for a clean cup when purchasing a drink.
What changes?
Guests who do not wish to keep the cup can return it at designated return points near the Puskás Arena, along with the QR code received during purchase. The cup value of 500 HUF will be refunded to your bank card. Refunds are only processed for the number of cups corresponding to the quantity purchased, as indicated by the QR-coded receipt. Important! Cup returns are not possible at the concessions, only at the designated return points.
Where can I find the return points?
The return points are located in the Puskás Arena Park area. They can be found at blue containers marked with return signs near the F and E sector labels, and at the “Grund” within 60 minutes after the end of the event.
On the following day, July 21, 2024, returns can be made at the BOK Bistro Lobby from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Important! Tokens cannot be exchanged at the refund points.
Do old tokens have an expiry date?
The old tokens can be used for the last time at the Hungary - Germany Nations League 2024 match.
